Germany, here we come!
For the very first time, artists from Sierra Division and its Academy will be attending Gamescom. If you are about to graduate or are currently looking for your next opportunity in the industry, we will be offering a limited number of free, in-person portfolio reviews for game artists specializing in props and environments. Find the sign-up form here.
GET PRACTICAL FEEDBACK FROM PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS

Building a strong portfolio can be challenging. You may have technically impressive work but be unsure whether your presentation is helping it stand out. You may be wondering which projects to include, what skills studios want to see, or what you should focus on next. A fresh pair of experienced eyes can help you see what to focus on next.
During your portfolio review session, you will get to meet Jacob, Robin and Niels. All three of them work for our Studio and Academy. You can ask questions, talk about your goals, and get advice based on where you currently are in your journey. Depending on your work, they may offer feedback on:
- Composition and visual storytelling
- Modeling, textures, lighting
- Project breakdowns and presentation
- Which pieces to include or remove
- What to work on before applying to studios
The goal of the portfolio review session is to help you leave with a clearer idea of what is working, what could be improved, and what your next steps could be.
